Privacy Policy

ACHSOL will keep any personal, financial and otherwise sensitive information that you might provide to us in a strictly confidential way and will not release it to any third party without your express consent, except for the situations where ACHSOL or RDA Centre are required to do this by the law. We will use your personal information to improve our services to you and to adequately address your needs and requirements in a reasonable and timely manner, but within our existing capabilities and available resources.

Some Other Policies, Terms and Conditions:

  1. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  2. Due to the flexible work environment at ACHSOL, we may be contacted outside of the normal working hours (for example, in Brisbane, from 8am to 8pm Eastern Australian time).
  3. ACHSOL will make every attempt to provide its services in a timely fashion, but will not accept responsibility and will not be liable for any possible damage or loss due to possible delays associated with the available consulting capabilities or any other reasons.
  4. Our charges and working time will be calculated in accordance with the time that we will have to spend on your project and project-related activities including data consideration and evaluation, reading and evaluation of any supporting documents or literature, consideration, identification and justification of the required methodologies, statistical analyses and/or modelling, any other types of analysis or modelling, dealing with any difficulties or issues emerging from or during the analyses or scripting or testing, description of the outcomes and any related issues, write-up and presentation of the outcomes, any other editorial work, any required or requested adjustments or corrections or amendments or extensions of the outcomes or analyses or the write-up or any other outputs, any discussions and communication of the data or outcomes or analyses or methodologies or any other outputs, and any other activities directly related to the implementation of your work and your instructions to us. Any of these activities (or any their combination) will be regarded by us as ‘the work’ or 'our work' on your project.
  5. The scope of our work and the overall working time could be limited by you through your instructions to us, but only if we agree that the proposed limitations are reasonable for an expectation of achieving reasonable work outputs. In the event of an agreed limitation of our working time, we will attempt to implement as much work as possible within the limited working time. However, the overall quality, depth, extent and level of the analyses and interpretations and scope of the outcomes or any other outputs may be affected by the limitation.
  6. We will implement the work at the highest reasonable level of our abilities and will attempt to address your questions and follow your instructions as closely as possible. However, we cannot guarantee upfront any particular outcomes that you might wish to obtain from your data. Although we can use different methodologies in an attempt to obtain the desired outcomes, the ultimate results and findings will depend on your data, and these results and findings might differ from your original expectations. We cannot be engaged in any falsification of the data or methodology or outcomes, even if we are asked to do so by the client.
  7. Although we will endeavor to complete the work at the highest reasonably possible level of quality (within the working time you have paid for), we cannot control or influence or guarantee opinions or judgments or assessments or satisfaction in relation to our work or any part of our work or any outcomes flowing from our work by any third party. Neither ACHSOL nor RDA Centre will accept any responsibility, nor will they be held liable, for any damage or loss associated with any opinions of judgments or assessment or any other evaluations of our work or any part of our work or any outcomes flowing from our work by any third party.
  8. You may request us to do further work towards satisfying any third party. Depending on the nature and reasonability of the opinions or judgements or assessments by the third party in question, we may agree or disargee to do the requested further work towards satisfying that third party. If you request us, and if we agree, to work towards satisfying any third party, you will be obliged to pay for any working time spent by us on this work in accordance with the applicable rates. Nothing in this Clause compromises or limits Clause 7 in any way.
  9. If we complete the work within a period of time less than the working time covered by your advance payment, you may be eligible for a refund of any unused money. Any refunds are only possible for the unused working time you have paid for, that is, for the working time that has been paid for by you but not spent by us on our work on your project. No refunds will be given for the working time that we have spent on our work on your project.
  10. We will not spend any additional time on our work on your project after you have informed us that you do not wish us to continue the work on your project, and until you expressly instruct us (if you decide to do so) to continue the work.
  11. Unless there has been an express agreement to the contrary, we reserve our right to use in any future projects or for other activities of ACHSOL or RDA Centre any methodological advances and/or analytic tools that could be created or developed by us during our consulting activities.
  12. ACHSOL reserves the right to change its hourly rates at any time, but with no less than 1 month notice to the current clients.
  13. For the purpose of any our policies, at any considered moment of time, 'current client' is a person who made at least one payment for our services within the 60 calendar days immediately preceding the considered moment of time. Clients who did not make payments for our services within the 60 days prior to the considered moment of time cannot be regarded as 'current clients'.
